Wi888 Terms and Conditions – Player Rules and Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Brazilian law;
• Is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Not acting on behalf of third parties without express authorization;
• Agrees to comply with all provisions of this document and any supplementary policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

Continued use of the platform after changes to these Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new provisions.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Registration is free and completed entirely online, with no in-person visit required. You will be asked to provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, mobile number, and, where applicable, identification documents for identity verification (KYC).

3. User Account

Once your registration is approved, you will hold a personal, non-transferable account at wi888. You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential;
• All activities carried out through your account, including deposits, bets, and withdrawals;
• Ensure your registration details are always up to date and accurate;
• Notify wi888 immediately in the event of unauthorized access, loss, or suspected compromise of your account.

Wi888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Deposits

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal of the available balance in your account wi888 at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL);
• The withdrawal method must be registered under the same CPF as the account holder;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 (five) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 (three) business days to process;
• Wi888 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time requests or higher-value withdrawals;
• Balances originating from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the corresponding rollover requirement has been fully met.

The balance available for withdrawal consists solely of your real account balance — that is, directly deposited funds and winnings from bets placed with real-money balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

A wi888 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, poker freerolls, and slots tournaments. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per account holder, unless explicitly stated otherwise;

• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 (thirty) days from the moment the bonus is activated;

7. Sports Betting

Wi888 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, and European leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more. The general rules applicable to all sports bets are:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player, except where the Cash Out feature is available and used within the applicable timeframe;
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the valid odds for that ticket, even if they change afterward;
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original date, single bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount refunded in full. For combination bets, the cancelled event is removed from the slip and the odds recalculated;
• In the event of a manifest error in the odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human mistake), wi888 reserves the right to void any bets placed on those odds and refund the staked amounts;
• Matches ended early due to force majeure will be settled according to each competition's rules — in general, results officially ratified by the organizing body will be considered valid;
• The minimum bet amount per selection is R$ 1.00 (one BRL).

8. Casino & Games

• All casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent body, ensuring random and unbiased results;

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session (connection drop, server error, etc.), affected bets will be handled according to the system logs. Rounds not completed due to a technical failure will be voided and the staked amount refunded;

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, blocking of pending withdrawals, cancellation of bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

10. Account Closure
